Accepted Solution

A:
Hello!

First you can add the two fruit bars together

5 1/2 + 2 1/2 = 8

Since he at 3/4 of one of them you do

8 - 3/4  = 7 1/4

Since our answer is different than the students their answer is not reasonable

The answer is B since our answer is close to 7

Hope this helps!
